Sharing Good Practice Programme

Organised by Scottish Natural Heritage these events are aimed at sharing good practice and they differ from most training, seminars or conferences in that they're participatory events for practitioners with varying levels of experience to share ideas and approaches on a topic relevant to their work and/or personal development.

Paths for All Training and Development Programme   

Courses on topics related to outdoor access management, the planning and development of path networks, and the promotion of their use.

Scottish Countryside Access Network 

SCAN brings together over 200 people who work across Scotland on outdoor access and related issues. A committee of representatives organises two national conferences every year on topical access issues. In addition SCAN organises occasional local workshops and other networking events. The Scottish Countryside Rangers Association 

The SCRA Training team is a sub-group of SCRA Council and other dedicated Rangers who would like to see an improvement to Training for Rangers and Scotland's Countryside Professionals. Each year they arrange training courses around Scotland, based on the needs of members.

Countryside Recreation Network 

CRN is committed to exchanging and sharing information to develop best policy and practice in countryside recreation.
